Part 2: After taking the bike for a ride, Mark started making a few phone calls. One of the perks of being in the Moto Guzzi world for over 45 years is that itā€™s a pretty small community, so it didnā€™t take long to track down the bikeā€™s history. Once Mark had the full story, he reached out to the seller to have an honest conversation. To the sellerā€™s credit, he was understanding and agreed to give the buyer a full refund. Personally, I think he knew exactly who Mark was and didnā€™t want his name or reputation dragged through the mud, but either way, he made it right.

What I didnā€™t capture on camera was the seller calling back afterward and asking if the buyer would split the $2,000+ transmission repair bill. The buyer declined, returned the bike, got every dollar back, and walked away with a valuable lesson. In the end, Mark saved him from what could have turned into a very expensive mistake. Sometimes having the right people in your corner makes all the difference. šŸ¤ŒšŸ»šŸ‡®šŸ‡¹

PART 1: One of our followers bought a Moto Guzzi and had it towed straight to the shop so Mark could give it a once-over. What everyone thought would be a routine inspection quickly turned into something much worse. One test ride around the block changed everything. This wasnā€™t just a few hidden issues, it was a disaster and Mark is PI**ED. The tension in the shop was at an all time high. Stay tuned for Part 2.

Preface: We actually filmed this over a month ago but were asked to hold off on posting it. Now that everything has been resolved and we have the buyerā€™s permission, weā€™re finally sharing the full story.

One of the funniest things about the shop is watching Mark meet people for the first time. This guy stopped by, and within minutes Mark was giving him so much s**t that I honestly thought theyā€™d been friends for years. I didnā€™t find out until after he left that theyā€™d actually never met before! Thatā€™s just Mark, if heā€™s giving you a hard time, youā€™ve probably already been accepted. šŸ˜‚
