Our latest 5 star review on DealerRater is how we want your experience to be: “I just bought a new Corolla. Jeff and Julie and the rest of the team were great! They worked extra hard to have the car ready for me to come in on a Saturday only one day after it arrived in stock due to my work schedule. Julie took extra time to shop and reshop financing for me to make sure I was getting the best possible rate. Pricing was transparent and they honored a previous written quote. Maybe a little bit disappointed with the trade-in, but it is what it is with old cars. The entire experience was low-key and way less stressful than I had braced myself for. Jeff took time to help me with all the new features on the car and answered all my questions. I feel like I can call them any time with follow-up issues or questions and that they would be genuinely happy to help. Thanks again Sierra, Jeff and Julie!”
