I had pre-approved financing for purchasing the vehicle at my bank, but there was a problem with the paperwork and she drove me to the bank. Once there, the bank was experiencing phone and computer problems. She waited almost an hour until everything was resolved. She also offered warranties and insurance without any pressure.
