🌟 Winning Team Wednesday: Spotlight on Alex Clark! 🌟

This week, we’re proud to recognize Alex Clark, a talented technician at our Zanesville, Ohio shop who takes his skills on the road as one of our mobile technicians!

Alex has been in the industry since 2014, when he graduated from Ohio Technical College with a degree in the Auto/Diesel program. He began his career as a re**er technician and has continued building his experience ever since.

Today, Alex brings that experience directly to our customers, traveling to their lots and locations to keep their equipment up and running. One of his favorite things about working at Kirk NationaLease is being mobile and having a different day every day. That variety keeps things interesting and gives him the opportunity to help customers wherever they need us.

When he’s not working, Alex enjoys spending time with his fiancée, their German Shepherd, four cats, and chickens. He and his family love cruising and traveling, and he also spends plenty of his free time working on his own cars and trucks.

🎉 60 YEARS YOUNG! 🎂

Last week, we celebrated a pretty big milestone for Larry Phlipot, his 60th birthday! 🥳

Larry came over to the office wondering what the "big announcement" was… only to find out that the big announcement was him! 😂🎈

And of course, we had to make the celebration a little more personal with a barnyard-themed cake! 🐄🐖🐓 Larry joked that he was going to take the little farm animal toys home to give to his grandchildren, which, if you know Larry, probably wasn’t much of a joke! 😂

Anyone who knows Larry knows how much he adores his grandchildren.❤️ We’re pretty sure those farm animals have already found their way into some very happy little hands!

We’re always happy to have an excuse to celebrate the people who make Kirk NationaLease a great place to work. Happy 60th Birthday, Larry! We hope you had a great day, and don’t worry, we won’t tell anyone your secret to looking so young! 😉

🔥Winning Team Wednesday🔥

This week, we're proud to recognize Amber Becker, one of our talented technicians in our Sidney, Ohio shop!

Amber has been part of the Kirk NationaLease team for more than five years, continuing to grow her skills and make an impact every day. But her passion for working with her hands started long before her career in the heavy-duty industry.

Growing up in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, Amber spent time working alongside her stepdad in the logging and excavating business. From a young age, she learned the value of hard work, responsibility, and never being afraid to get her hands dirty. Those early experiences helped shape the technician she is today.

Amber attended UNOH's Diesel Technology program and continues to look for opportunities to expand her knowledge. She holds certifications in Hy-Rail vehicles and ASE HVAC and is currently working toward completing her company training. She especially enjoys the problem-solving side of the job, taking on challenges, learning something new, and seeing the results of her hard work.

Outside of the shop, Amber is a wife and mom, and her family is a huge part of who she is. She enjoys camping, hiking, photography, exploring new places, and most of all, making memories with the people she loves.

We're grateful to have someone on our team who brings such a strong work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to keep learning. Amber is a great example of how a passion for working with your hands can grow into a rewarding career.
