Job Description:
As a Customer Service Parts Specialist at Koke's Auto-Farm-Truck, INC., you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best service and guidance when it comes to finding the right automotive parts. Here are some of your responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide expert assistance in finding the parts they need.

Educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and installation.

Assist with inventory management, ensuring correct stocking and optimal display of parts.

Organize merchandise and update displays to reflect current inventory, sales, and promotions.

Inspect returned parts for defects and provide replacements or refunds.

Participate in receiving shipments, sending orders to customers, and maintaining inventory records.

Deliver parts safely, accurately, and on time.

Qualifications:

Automotive knowledge.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to problem-solve and think creatively.

Reliable and responsible.

Koke's Auto-Farm-Truck Annual NAPA GOLD Filter sale February 6th – 10th 2023

All NAPA Gold Filters can be ordered and placed on back-order at regular price. Sale priced Pre-orders accepted through January 16th. All sale orders received by January 16th will be filled by internal and manufacturer inventories on a ship or cancel fulfillment. Estimated pickup date for pre-orders is Feb 10th. All orders received after January 16th will be limited to On-Hand quantities at Koke’s Auto-Farm-Truck locations. If there is a sourcing issue we may fill in with Baldwin filters.

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the parts, including answering questions, educating on product usage and providing advice for maintenance and installation

• Assist with inventory management and verify that all parts are correctly stocked and displayed for optimal visibility and accessibility

• Intervene in situations where a customer is dissatisfied, and come up with creative solutions to maintain business when dealing with backorders, damaged parts or out of stock

• Organize merchandise and participate in modifying displays to reflect current inventory, sales and promotions

• Calculate sales totals, taking into account such factors as discounts, store credit, promotions and flash sales

• Label different parts based on their function and price using predetermined methods for organization and documentation

• Inspect returned parts to find defects and promptly assist the customer with a replacement part or a full refund

• Participate in accepting shipments of parts, sending orders to customers and documenting all inventory that enters and exits the facility

• Deliver parts in a safe, accurate, timely fashion
