Affordable Manufactured Home Parts and Service

12/19/2023

Our office is open today 12/19 but our lot models will be closed to the public as we continue to assess the damage caused by yesterday’s storm. Some of our outbuildings have been demolished. Our staff and their families are safe but we ask for patience as we navigate the next few hours and days to come.

We count ourselves lucky with power, heat, staff and hot coffee. We are here for your new home needs and have plenty of mobile home parts should you be looking to make repairs.

As we have learned over the last couple of months, our communities are strong and we are one. Please be kind to one another.

What is heat tape and how does it work?

Heat tape is a type of electric heater cord that's protected from the elements. When put in place, such as in pipes and gutters, it works to generate just enough heat to keep water from freezing. The roof heat cable is placed in key areas of concern too.

If you don't have heat tape protecting your pipes under your Mobile Home, then you could be at risk of them freezing, and what could cost you hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in repair bills. Be smart, and protect your investment!
