Professional Pulse Magazine is proud to announce Year Two of the Young Voices Scholarship—an initiative created to empower, uplift, and celebrate the next generation of young female leaders.

💖 Our Mission
To empower bold young women through writing, education, and opportunity while providing a platform for their voices to be seen, heard, and valued.

🏆 Scholarship Award Includes:
✨ $250 Educational Scholarship
✨ Cover Feature + Two-Page Spread in the September Issue of Professional Pulse Magazine
✨ Digital Certificate of Achievement
✨ Social Media Recognition

📌 Who Can Apply?
• Female-identifying students under the age of 18
• Middle school, junior high, high school, and homeschooled students
• Open to U.S. residents only

✍🏽 Application Requirement:
Submit a 500-word essay responding to one of three prompts that will be provided when applications open.

🌟 Every young woman has a story, a voice, and a vision worth celebrating. This scholarship was created to provide a platform where young leaders can build confidence, share their experiences, and step boldly into their potential.

We are accepting donations and sponsorships from individuals, organizations, and businesses who believe in investing in the next generation of leaders.

Happy Transformation Tuesday 💚

At Professional Pulse Magazine, through our Revitalize & Rise department, we focus on wellness, self-care, and personal resilience. Today we’re sharing three juice recipes we created to support wellness from the inside out. 🧡❤️💚

Tangerine, Carrot & Ginger Immunity Juice 🧡
Ingredients
6 medium carrots
4 tangerines, peeled
1 to 2 inch piece of fresh ginger (adjust to taste)

Instructions
Wash the carrots and ginger thoroughly.
Peel the tangerines.
Run the carrots, ginger, and tangerines through your juicer.
Stir well and serve fresh.

Beet & Pineapple Wellness Juice ❤️
Ingredients
2 medium beets
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1 green apple (optional for sweetness)

Instructions
Wash and peel the beets if desired.
Cut the beets, pineapple and apples into juicer-friendly pieces.
Run all ingredients through your juicer.
Stir well and serve fresh.

Green Apple Pineapple Wellness Juice 💚
Ingredients
2 green apples
1 cucumber
1-2 celery stalks
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks

Instructions
Wash all produce thoroughly.
Cut ingredients into juicer-friendly pieces.
Run everything through your juicer.
Stir well and serve fresh.
