Don't be "that guy"!
We all know some version of "that guy":
- the one who gets in a rush and forgets to refill his oil on his 206
- the mechanic who fails to make sure that the engine has oil in it before starting it
- the one who is just trying to jump in and help out and ends up blowing up your engine
There are many ways to tag an engine that has no oil, but this is the best method we have found in the shop and in the pits. It's both a visual indication that there is no oil in the engine as well as a physical lockout by removing the spark plug wire and snapping this onto the plug. No oil, no spark, no start!
