Sometimes he comes out of left field, but he always helps you make the right choices with cars! Come see Jay.

Ohhhhh look at that! We just got a sneek peak of the banner for next week's homecoming parade in Edwardsville! Our GM Ben's daughter is part of the Lincoln Middle School Dance Team - and we're a premium sponsor!

He's a top performer. In ALL the ways.
Sometimes we hear a little jingle of keys coming around the corner... you might assume its someone walking, but we know it's actually our favorite mechanic/dancer.

Joel Harrison aka Jetta Joel – Auffenberg Volkswagen Sales Consultant – Girl Dad – Former Minister – Nerd Who Plays Lorcana – VW Enthusiast

Joel has been at Auffenberg for under a year, but he’s made a profound impact on this team and customers. We don’t think we’ve ever seen Joel without a smile. He’s also an empathic listener and the most non-judgmental person we’ve ever met.

Before coming to Auffenberg – he spent 21 years in the ministry – 15 in youth ministry and 6.5 in preaching ministry. That’s probably where he honed his special skill: being the most engaged listener.
He and his wife of 20 years are raising two daughters – both teenagers – along with a dog, two cats and bearded dragon. When Joel isn’t at work – he’s with his family. They frequently play board games as a family and when he and his wife, Cathy, want some adventure – they love to hike.

He cares about people and it’s evident in his actions with his coworkers and his customers. He just wants to help people.
He’s also known for his colorful shirts – usually depicting Disney characters and animals. (Star Wars characters are technically Disney characters).

Fun Fact: his kids have never seen him without a beard. (Neither have we.)
