We are on the search for an amazing salesperson (or two) to add to our team located in Sherman, Texas!
This job will be onsite 8:00am-5:00pm with some field and/or travel possibilities after training. Salary is competitive and based on experience, as is our commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
-Identify and reach out to potential customers (cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.)
-Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
-Collaborate with the design and engineering teams.
-Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
-Coordinate with internal departments as needed.
-Stay informed/up to date of industry trends, competitors' activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
-Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
Requirements:
-Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
-Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management.
-Self-motivated and results-driven
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Willingness to travel as needed.
