From 5.9s to 6.7s, 12Vs to 24s, we can get your Cummins rebuild off on the right foot. This early 90s 12V came in for the works. The block was fully cleaned, deck resurfaced, and bore/honed, while the head got pressure tested, a valve job, and resurfaced. With all new valve seals, cam bearing, and plugs throughout, this one is ready for reassembly and another 30+ years of service.

Ever pull 26 hoses off a single piece of equipment? Sometimes it all needs to be replaced, and we've got your back. We went hose by hose through this stack, tying the new hoses to the old to ensure they could all get put back where they needed to go. This customer's excavator will be back up and running like new in no time!

When you're building an original car back to 'numbers matching' factory spec, that doesn't mean you can't improve things along the way. These Chevy 327 heads are destined for a first generation Camaro, and the owner wanted to ensure a trouble-free valvetrain by replacing the press in rocker studs with screw-ins. This is a labor intensive process, but it will be worth it down the line.

GM LS engines will put up with a substantial amount of abuse. While this is good, it can also lead to cylinder heads caked with burnt oil and carbon. Our cleaning process when doing a valve job removes these deposits leaving a like-new head that is ready for its next life. These are headed for an LS-swapped Chevy Bel Air!

ON OUR GRIND 💪 Over time the angled face of the valve can get worn and even corroded, causing it to stop sealing properly. As part of the cylinder head valve job, we grind the surface back flat at the manufacturer-specified angle to make sure it seals against the freshly machined valve seats. These Minneapolis Moline valves have a huge face that helps show the process perfectly.
