Cruise control is nice. Cruise control that knows there’s slower traffic ahead? Even better. 😎🏍️

On BMW motorcycles equipped with Active Cruise Control, the system can automatically adjust your speed to help maintain a selected following distance from the vehicle ahead, then accelerate again when conditions allow.

Think about what that means on a long Texas highway ride. 🛣️

Instead of constantly cancelling and resetting cruise control as traffic changes, ACC can take some of that workload off the rider, making those long stretches of road a little more relaxed.

It doesn’t replace paying attention. You’re still riding the motorcycle. But it’s a great example of how BMW Motorrad uses technology to make the miles between here and there more comfortable.

Well…we certainly can’t accuse Lee of buying a motorcycle just to look at it. 😂🏍️

Lee picked up his 2026 BMW F 900 GS from us and promptly put it to work, riding it all the way home to Alabama.

And he sent us proof that the ride went well.
Very, very buggy proof. 😂

According to Lee, he had a great ride home and managed to find “almost every love bug on the way.” Judging by the windshield and helmet, we’re inclined to believe him.

There’s something especially cool about seeing a motorcycle leave our showroom and immediately head out on a real trip. No waiting around. No easing into it. Just load up the gear, point the bike toward home, and start making memories.

Thanks for making the trip to Woodlands Premium Motorcycles, Lee…and for sending us the update once you made it back to Alabama! We’re glad the F 900 GS treated you well on its first big ride.

Now somebody get that man a pressure washer. 😂

Question for 🎃 We’ve got an idea…but before we run with it, we want to hear from y’all.

What would you think about a Saddlebags & Sweets event at Woodlands Premium Motorcycles this Halloween? 🍬🏍️

Think of it as our motorcycle version of Trunk or Treat: riders could decorate their bikes, saddlebags, panniers, top cases - whatever they’ve got - and hand out candy to the kiddos.

We’d likely hold it during a portion of the day on Halloween Saturday during our Motoberfest event, with motorcycle fun happening around the dealership too for the kids-at-heart. 😉

Before we start making big plans, we want to know:
🎃 Would you bring your kids or grandkids?
🏍️ Would you bring a bike, decorate it and hand out candy?
🍬 Or would you just want to come hang out and be part of it?

If there’s enough interest from our riding community, we think this could be a VERY fun way to spend Halloween.
