Today was another busy day of thrashing on the dragster Jaysun put the fuel lines and oil lines in and fab dub bracket for the oil filter. I made up and install the in and out box linkage and installed and hooked up the shut off cable and hook one end of the throttle cable up in. What is the problem the morning will put the sheet metal on and rub it down and off to Good Guys at the speedway this weekend. Don’t forget

Been working hard to do different stuff in my man cave rather than just to hang up Coca-Cola signs and oil signs and decided to make some of my own signs. We’ll see how it goes.

Ok so the suga a goes on with my dragster, got the bell houseing back from the Polisher stuck bolt it up the candlestick on Put the throw out bearing on it. push the fork leaverand it came off thr candel stick before it engaged the clutch dammit
So I talk to my buddy Don came up with making a shim between the candlestick we’re at Bolted on well, when the shim was in there, it wouldn’t let the clutch fork down for enough to get behind the bearing so I went from a half inch to 3/8 of an inch notched candlestick, and it works perfect Ta Da

Well, this week working on the FED was hard with doctors appointments and such but we manage to get some things done. I fabricated up the bracket for the pinion support. My son John, who worked with me at the shop for years took a little time off to help dad with his dragster did a little welding. Sure miss that young man then Archie Hunt, brought by the polish bell housing and engine plate. It may not be fast, but it sure is gonna look pretty hopefully it will shoot some pretty good flames out to.
