One of the biggest delays in collision repair right now is back ordered parts — and unfortunately, many manufacturers are not providing reliable ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival).

That means even when your vehicle is fully disassembled and ready for repairs, we can be waiting on a single part before we can continue the process.

We know delays are frustrating, and trust us — we want your vehicle repaired and back to you as quickly as possible too! Our team stays in constant contact with suppliers and insurance companies to keep things moving smoothly.

As some of you may or may not have experienced…we are having some phone difficulties. Some customers are stating they cannot get a phone call through. We have been diligently working to get it fixed and have gone so far as to switch carriers all together. The only successful thing we have accomplished is to get it all moved to a cell phone so you can now text us! We have not had anyone say that text messages haven’t come through so that is a blessing! Same number…same complications…new feature 😂
