Finished up another build. The goal was to create an open layout that would be great for lounging between softball games but still maintain the ability to haul dirt bikes and bicycles as well. Accomplished that using the Code 7 bed system. Very high quality set up and pleased with the finished product. Relocated the bench seat to give better ingress/egress. Installed a couple Flatline Van Company cabinets. Also very pleased with the quality. Unique feature on this build was the Milwaukee Tool pack out mounts recessed in the floor.

Open concept van build. Set up with lots of L-track to allow for maximum bike storage. Cubbies and larger open spaces within the metal framing of the van finished out to maximize storage space. Custom cabinet with flip up doors. Bluetti system powering lights and outlets tucked away nicely at the side of the van.

Our coolest van yet rolled out of the shop last week. Very happy with how this one turned out. The two bed combo opened up the sleeping area. The 72” X 65”slide out bed on the divider wall requires a little more space under the wall and we were able to utilize that space in the rear to build a gear storage area. A wheel chock helps provide clearance so the bars do so make contact. A third bike can be mounted rearward using L track installed in the floor. Plenty of storage cabinets throughout. Very happy with this build.

2025 was a good year! Built some vans. Improved our processes. Spent some time out using our van. Thank you to all of our customers! Here’s to 2026! Shaping up to be a good one!

Completed a van remodel recently. Redid all the wall panels with tweed carpet and a much better overall fit. Also corrected many issues with the original build. Solid core wire, wire passing through metal with no protection from rubbing, no sealant on roof fan, etc. had a great time building this one and happy with how it turned out.

Finished up the latest build last week. Solid build with a standard transit seat and divider wall with ledge for sleeping. In the back a 32 gal wheel well water tank is hooked up to a 12v pump for washing as necessary. Finished out in coin floor everywhere for easy clean up and that clean look.

Last build we finished up just before Christmas. Very clean sleek look. So excited with how this one turned out. The oak panels in the cabinet doors add extra flair.

Finished up the latest build. A true camper van which is a little different than our normal style but had a lot of fun doing the intricate wood working on this build. Custom oak cabinets with herringbone style doors and drawer faces. Electric powered lift bed for storage underneath. Full electrical system with 12v and 120v plug ins throughout. Awning windows installed with fans for good airflow at night. Shelf that folds down for storage when sitting on the bed. Very fancy van. Excited to see it in use.
