Final stages of an engines assembly process is the most complex. Making sure that everything goes back together is critical and requires careful precision and engineering. We have have been working on this 1928 Chevrolet engine. Here is a close up of the oil screen and oil pump system you can also see the inside of the short block!

We are setup : Ron’s Machine Shop and The Carb Shed at the Luray VA Pre War Swap Meet this Friday and Saturday until 1pm- or until we sell out. May 8-9. Come out it’s beautiful weather lots of vendors selling great car parts! Sorry Daisy 🌼 is not for sale but we do have a great looking Model T Sedan Body 1926-27-with lots of extras: hood, radiator shell, top kit, upholstery kit, all front seat springs and back seats.

Here is a 1924 Ahrens Fox 6cylinder engine that we are completely rebuilding. This is a big guy but we can handle it! Crankshaft reground, bearing poured and aligned bored. Connecting Rods reconditioned poured and cut to size. Pistons, Rings, Valves and Valve Guides being made currently.
