Long overdue fork seal replacement on the 300. The old gross fork oil was some of the worst i’ve seen in a while 🤮 The new seals, oil and correct cartridge bladder pressures should bring the suspension back to its former glory 😎
These are WP 48mm closed cartridge bladder style forks

It just wouldnt be clapped without a k&n oil filter and shotty wiring for cheap turn signals 🤦🏻‍♂️. New OEM filter, some .powersports.us oil and a new integrated tail light. We can consider this bike saved. We are very excited to get this thing out of the shop 🙃

Quick before and after on the air filter of the clapper zx10. Cotton gauze filters need to be cleaned and most importantly, reoiled.

I dont believe i’ve ever seen rusty clutch springs in a wet clutch 😳
This zx10 was truly in a sad state. I have a strong suspicion that there was regular motor oil for cars in this bike 🧐. Anyway, a new set of clutch plates with new oem steels and a Factory Pro shift star to shorten up the shifts and let this glass kawi trans live a easier life.

Clapper Zx10 update:
The valves needed adjustment so we pulled the cams to get at them. Fresh spark plugs and a fresh (much needed) valve cover gasket. Topped off with some blockoff plates.

Long overdue update on the Zx10 clapper:
Rear brakes were in a sad state. Master cylinder rebuild, new brake line, fresh HH pads and extensive cleaning for the rear caliper.
