Finished up a mild drop on my buddy Verno's Thing today. Replaced a couple Thing parts with Beetle parts and indexed the rear to match. It may not be the off-road monster it once was, but the stance looks much better.

Finally got the Volkstruck up and running and had decent enough weather tonight to race around town a bit. Hit up the now muraled tunnel too.

I went down to North Carolina and hung out with the rest of the Village Customs family this weekend to go check out "Rats at The Beaver" in Myrtle Beach. Had a blast meeting some of the newer family in person, and had the best rental car ever!

Rear shocks are in, the suspension is done! Didn't really effect the long list of stuff that needs to be done before it drives though.

Well its been a while since I've posted any work on here, but that's about to change. I've managed to organize and clean up my garage, and with near 60° Temps tomorrow, will be moving the Volkstruck and bus outside to blow the dust off the bus and reorganize their parking spots. I'll be starting back on the bus soon, and to help motivate me, I aired it up tonight and bolted the rear bumper/hitch back on. There really isn't a ton of work left on it to get me driving by spring time, and I should have time for a little extra something I have planned for it.
