Position
- You will be responsible for training Diesel Technicians, creating a learning culture and cultivating internal growth and job opportunities through on the job training.
- In your everyday life at Jarrett Fleet, you meet and work with Technicians, Managers, and Customers to understand how we can better train our team.
- You'll be the go-to person overseeing the training process from development to ex*****on. You are a proven mechanic, self-motivated, and, most importantly, love to see people grow. At Jarrett, we always aim for greatness. With a company culture focused on growing the company, there's always room for trying new things and collaborating with those on the team!
Experience and Qualifications
- Expertise in trends and growing technologies in the mechanic field
- 4+ years relevant mechanic experience; Leadership experience is a plus.
