One of our customers recently brought their vehicle to us due to an oil leak, which upon inspection, was found to be caused by a loose oil filter. Further investigation revealed that the customer had just had their oil changed at another facility, where they were incorrectly informed that the vehicle had an oil leak. This incident highlights the importance of ensuring the oil filter and drain plug are properly tightened. Unfortunately, this oversight is a common occurrence that has been repeated multiple times in our experience.
