Tip of the day. Apparently If you install brake pads and the brake hose calaspes causing the caliper to stick later on. According to the customer,it's our fault and want us to replace it on our dime. because the vehicle had no problems before he brought it here. Even tho it was brought here for brake noise to begin with. which I find weird cause it had no problems according to him. The brake pads were just low, we replaced the pads and regreased everything but Somehow we are supposed to determine the future of old parts if they are gonna fail or not even tho the vehicle is 26 years old and we test drove it and it did fine on the test drive. Ugh! running a business is so much fun šŸ˜©

Please do not approve a job that you cant pay for and then ask to do payments. We are not banks or loan places. We can't front parts and labor in hopes that you will pay. This is why we do half up front on big jobs to ensure we ain't stuck with all the cost. But please be mindful. I'm sure because we are a business some assume we have a lot of money. That would be a false assumption. This is how we take care of our families. Thank you

PSA. WE ARE NOT A STORAGE LOT. YOU WILL BE CHARGED STORAGE IF IT SITS ON THE LOT FOR MORE THAN A WEEK. EVEN IF THE REPAIRS ARE DONE OR THERE IS NOTHIN WE COULD FIND WRONG OR IF IT DIDNT MESS UP WITH US LIKE IT DID WITH YOU OR IF YOU DECLINE THE REPAIRS. IT TAKES UP SPACE THAT WE NEED. NO EXCEPTIONS! I get told all the time I'll get it picked up and then it sits here in our way for 1 to 2 weeks. We don't wanna have to charge it but we will. We are not trying to be rude or mean or upset anyone but we just don't have the room.
