2004 Dodge Ram 3500 6.7L rear brake pads, left rear brake hose and caliper replacement. This is where a laser thermometer came in handy. After the brake pad replacement, the brakes felt like they were not fully releasing and a little smoke came from the left rear wheel. I checked the temps of the rear rotors and the right was approx 170 degrees and the left was between 370-380 degrees. That was after less than a mile road test in 38 degree temperature. After replacing the left rear caliper and brake hose, the temps were about 160-170 degrees after a road test.

2018 Toyota RAV4 driveshaft replacement. My customer, who I have known for almost 20 years was driving down the highway and ran over what he thought was some debris. Unfortunately, it was part of the road sticking up. It damaged the plastic covers, the catalytic converter, part of the gas tank, and dinged the front section of the driveshaft, which caused a bad vibration. It was unfortunate to say the least, but thankfully, the other damage seems to be cosmetic.
