Hello Class of 23
Mid River RV Park in Seiad Valley CA. will be open to hikers again this year.
This is year 21 for me.
If you decide to stay here you will get a shower, towel, soap, shampoo, wifi places to recharge your electronics, we have satellite tv and a dvd player in the office if you like, a small refrigerator to keep things cool in the hiker area and lots of shade and green grass to hang out on. We also have a coin operated laundry (coins available at office)I include detergent with your nightly stay.
$20 a head.
We are located right next door to the Seiad Store (Rick carries lots of stuff specifically for hikers) the post office for your resupply packages and The World Famous Seiad Cafe!

We accept hiker resupply package for those who are planning on staying here. The fee for staying here and using our facilities is $15.
If you chose not to utilize all the services we provide the fee is still $15.
We offer you a towel, soap, shampoo, shower, laundry detergent, wifi, places to charge your electronics, a small refrigerator for drinks, coins, coin operated laundry, good shade, green grass and good water.

Hello all PCT hikers! We will again be welcoming all hikers and resupply packages for those who stay here. The price point will again be at $15 per head. More information will be coming soon. Great to see all the interest in the trail again this year and we look forward to seeing you.

A section hiker, Etna to Ashland, dropped off a resupply package on Saturday. He just called because they had to turn back after 14 miles. Apparently there is still a lot of snow especially on the north facing hillsides. FYI

First 2 Thru hikers of the season are now headed off to Etna! Sounds like there is still plenty of snow between Ashland and Seiad Valley!

Hello PCT Class of 2020. MID RIVER RV IN Seiad Valley CA is available to accept your packages and provide you with a nice quiet area to camp. For your $15 nightly stay we provide you a shower towel, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent (washer and dryer are coin operated), wifi, a microwave and a small refrigerator to keep things cool plus plenty of places to charge electronics. The office is available to hang out in and stay cool. You can watch satellite tv or we have a variety of dvds for you movie buffs.
MID RIVER RV has the best facilities in the area for your stay here. We have been here servicing PCT hiker needs since 2002. We are right next door to the Post Office, Seiad Store, and the World Famous Seiad Cafe. Staying here saves you at least a half mile walk to the store and cafe from other places. These are the places that you hikers have loved for years!

First large group of 2019 pct hikers tonight. Great group of people. This year seems to have a lot of international hikers again. So far I've had hikers from France, Germany, Japan, Italy, Switzerland, Austria and Canada.
Very cool!
