Free skirting. Free base pad. Free utility connections. Free septic. Huge limited-time savings.

Those costs may already be built into the price of the home. Ask for an itemized quote and compare the total project cost, not just the advertised price or monthly payment.

A great manufactured home deal should offer real value and transparent pricing every day, not only during a holiday weekend.
