One of the greatest blessings of what I do isn't selling homes. It's getting to know the people who will live in them.
I love sitting down with a family, listening to their stories, and slowly peeling back the layers of what a dream home really means to them.

Because sometimes, it's not about the square footage, the countertops, or the number of bedrooms.
Sometimes, it's about finally having a place to call your own.

Sometimes, it's about giving your children the childhood you always dreamed of.
Sometimes, it's about starting over, slowing down, or finding a little peace after years of working hard.
And sometimes, it's about a dream someone has carried in their heart for so long that they almost stopped believing it could happen.

That's the part of my job I treasure most. ❤️ The conversations. The trust. The privilege of learning someone's "why" before we ever begin figuring out their "what."
Because a dream home isn't necessarily the biggest, fanciest, or most expensive home.

SB 785 requires nearly all Texas cities with zoning regulations to allow new HUD-code manufactured homes by right in at least one residential zoning classification or district. If a city has a zoning map, the area where these homes are permitted must be shown on that map.

This law represents an important step toward ensuring that Texas cities provide a place for new HUD-code manufactured homes. In doing so, it creates opportunities for our industry to innovate, build, and place modern manufactured homes in markets that were previously unavailable to us.
