As we approch deer season here are a couple of tips for you! 🫶

🦌 Deer Safety Tips
Slow down at dawn & dusk — Deer are most active during these times.
Watch for more than one deer — If you see one, there may be others close behind.
Use your high beams when appropriate — They can help you spot deer farther ahead on dark roads.
Scan the sides of the road — Look for glowing eyes or movement along the shoulders.
Stay alert in wooded & rural areas — Especially where deer-crossing signs are posted.
Don’t swerve suddenly — If a collision is unavoidable, brake firmly and stay in your lane. Swerving can cause you to hit another vehicle or lose control.
Wear your seatbelt — Always, even on short drives.
Give yourself extra time — Slowing down gives you more time to react.

Stay calm • Pull over safely • Turn on hazard lights • Call law enforcement if needed • Contact your insurance • Call Auto Worx
