Thank you all for bearing with me through these crazy past few weeks. I truly appreciate your patience and support.
As many of you know, I'm a one-man shop. That means I'm the one working on the vehicles, handling the books, answering calls, and even tackling building upgrades. With so many hats to wear, sometimes things get overlooked, and for that I apologize.
Owning a business isn't what a lot of people think it is. I don't really get sick days or days off. In fact, it's usually the opposite. I have customers who depend on me, so my own problems and aches often get pushed to the back burner.
The good news is we're getting close! The new office and waiting area will be finished soon, and I'll be looking to bring someone on to handle the front-of-house operations. I'm excited because I know it'll help lighten the workload and allow me to serve everyone even better.
Most of all, I just want to say thank you. This business is a dream come true, and I love this community. Without all of you, I'd just be a man with a bunch of tools. Your trust, support, and loyalty mean more than you'll ever know.
