A battery can seem perfectly fine right up until the morning it isn’t.

Summer heat can be hard on a battery, and the effects may not become obvious until temperatures start dropping. Colder weather slows the chemical reactions inside the battery while your engine requires more power to start. That combination can expose a battery that was already losing strength.
