The 35’ x 11 1/2’ walkaround sportboat is officially out of fab/weldout and we’re motoring through the systems, rigging, and finish side of things. We’re doing something a little different on the interior of this thing with a little collaboration between the shop and the customer and so far it’s turning out killer, we’re stoked to see how she looks when she’s done.

On the systems side, we got the triple Honda 350’s hung and have most the rigging parts mounted, we got the quickgyro installed in the boat, and we got the imtra bow thruster tube installed and welded. The customer also decided to add in some zipwake auto compensating trim tabs in the mix, between those and the gyro she’s gonna ride like an absolute dream. Next week we’re gonna finish mounting some parts and start pulling wires.

This has been a rad project so far and we’re stoked to wrap this one up and see how she does. If anyone’s in the market for a top of the line sportfishing boat, we have a few shop models drawn up and ready to go or we can always start fresh with a new design. You know where to find us!

We’ve gotten quite a bit of interest In catamarans the last few months, so we figured it would be a smart use of time to get to work getting one modeled up and this is what we landed on. This models 32’ x 11 1/2’ but we’re currently working on a few different sizes and at this stage we can change anything pretty easily.

We have a really cool looking platform to start from here and we’d love to do something new and take one of these on. If anyone’s in the market for a new aluminum cat built by one of the best groups of guys around then let’s talk!

We’ve been in full factory mode with these offshore brackets this year. This one’s for a 28’ osprey, the customer wanted a full flotation transom extension. He had to take the boat to get the transom reinforced and dried out but will bring it back in a few weeks to get the bracket installed and we’re gonna do the motor install and rigging for a twin 300 mercury package. Big boats keep us busy but we always make time for the little jobs too, feel free to hit us up for any boat job big or small

We’ve had a couple guys reach out about doing a twin 32’ Stern-picker for Bristol Bay so we figured we’d do some early legwork and get a model going. And while we were at it, we spent a little time dialing in our interior layout. She’s designed around a pair of Cummins QSC8.3 and Ultrajet UJ340HT’s, and should pack 20,000 # under the hatches no problem. Hit us up for specs and details!

Sounds like everyone up north in the bay had a pretty decent season and ya can’t beat that price. As it sits now we have some time in the upcoming winter schedule for any Bristol Bay customers. We have a couple shop models ready to go if anyone’s interested in a new build. We can do everything from bare house and hull to turn-key construction and we do everything in-house. We also do repair work, electrical and hydraulic repairs and install, repowers, gillnet drum construction, pretty much anything Bristol Bay related. Hit us up to check out our shop models or with any other boat work inquiries and we can see about getting something on the books, I think our schedule will fill up pretty quick. Let’s build a boat!

Got another little job knocked out this week and another happy customer. Build a couple seatboxes with cutouts and hinged lids for storage, new fuel tank cover hatch, new bilge pump and washdown, and plated off the transom with hatches for storage and a hinging deck hatch for bilge access.

We also re-worked his old roller trailer and got it set up with new trex bunks wrapped in marine carpet that are fit to the shape of the boat on the bottom and also added some side guides. This thing should pretty much load itself the way we got her set up.

Any boat mods or upgrades or trailer work, hit us up were your one stop shop!

We got the cabin, roof, and brow up on the 35’ walkaround and she’s looking gooooood. Getting close to rolling into rigging, systems, and finish. This is the first boat we’ve built that isn’t on any kind of real hard deadline so progress has been a little slower than normal with all the smaller stuff we’ve been sneaking in, but we plan on getting back on it pretty hard the second half of the year and knocking it out. Stay tuned, she’s gonna be a head turner. We’re looking forward to building more of these things 🇺🇸🦅🍻
