A huge thank you to Dave for making the trip down from Blue Springs to pick up this brand-new 20ft utility trailer!
Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I really enjoyed getting to hang out and chat with him today. The relationships I build doing this mean more to me than the transaction ever will, and getting to meet good people along the way is one of the best parts of operating a small business.
One thing Dave shared with me today really stuck with me. He explained how he researches where he spends his money, looking at a wide radius and considering everything from pricing to reviews and how the trailers are built. When we were talking, he told me he visited my business page and that, even with so many other companies right in his backyard, the way people talked about me as a person and the experiences they had with me were what made him decide to make the trip down.
I can’t even begin to explain how much that means to me. Knowing that the way I treat people and the relationships I work hard to build are making a difference is something I will never take for granted. I may be selling trailers, but the reputation and trust built along the way mean so much more than a sale.
Dave, thank you for giving Red Dirt Trailer Co. the opportunity to earn your business, for supporting a small business, and for taking the time to hang out and visit today. You’re a great guy, and I truly appreciate you making the trip down to see me.
Wishing you nothing but the best, and I hope your boys bring home some victories at their games today!
