A voluntary evacuation was issued for the area that includes Outback RV Resort. Community management strongly encourages residents to seek safe shelter. The Tanglewood Clubhouse is a designated hurricane shelter. Residents who do not heed evacuation orders and remain in their home are asked to hang a sign in their front window facing the street that says, “I did not evacuate.”
The community management team is completing hurricane preparation responsibilities and will evacuate for their safety. They will return once the storm has passed and conditions are safe. To maintain community security after the hurricane passes, entrances will be staffed. Upon return to the community, residents will need to present proof of residency to personnel at the entrances.
Community management will continue to communicate through normal resident communication channels, and we encourage residents to check their emails, texts, and/or phone messages as they are able.
We wish all Floridians safety during and after the hurricane. Our thoughts are with our Florida residents, teams, and vendors.
