Please be patient with us. We typically book a week to two weeks out. As the season progresses this can go out as many as three weeks. So here are some commonly asked questions that we answer daily...
Yes, the phones work. We are either on them if you get a Verizon message or we are helping customers in person and you are hearing our answering machine.
No, our answering machine is not set up to receive messages.
No, we don't text. (Sorry, our phones are old school.)☎️📞
We are fully staffed with no intention of adding any additional positions. Less is more.❤️
We rarely get cancelations, but in the case we do we call in the order of priority on the calendar. 📆
To the right of the main glass doors there is a key drop located next to the red solid door. If you drop off your car put your keys in the drop box. We aren't always looking for keys in your car and that may delay your car being worked on.
We have a great team, but we have no plans to expand.
