As of right now I am not very happy with the sales and finance dept. Hopefully tomorrow is a better experience.
Bought the new car and find out my rear door not aligned to the body. Dealership take it to the body shop to repair while I was waiting for 6-7 hours. After car came back from the body shop and still the same. Service manager came out and insp then telling oh it looks much better then before with smile. But I told him. Yes looks much better but still not fix. He said oh according to the Honda that’s normal and looks better then before. What kind of stupid answer is the from service manager. I’ve been in and out to the dealership to fix the problems. I have to ferry fee almost $40 each trip. Which I made 4times already. ITS BRAND NEW 2018 HONDA ACCORD. Deliver to me with already cosmetics problems.
They should FIX AT FIRST VISIT.

I bought my 2016 Honda Fit from Seattle Honda 1-31-16 . It was the best new car buying experience I have ever had. When ever I have needed to bring my car in for regular maintenance I have always been treated as if I was their only customer . That was until last Friday 8-3-18. I had to bring my car in for a repair. While I was sitting and waiting some guy (name Patrick I think) approached me and asked me if Wanted to sell my car back to them and could he have my car appraised . I told him that I really wasn't interested but go ahead and appraise my car. He came back k said that he could get me lower car payments then I pay now and I didn't need a downpayment . I still wasn't interested in it mostly because I love the color of my car and the new Honda Fits don't come in that color. Anyway I went upstairs with Ramona and looked at the 2018 or 19 Honda fits. Well to make this story less longer Romona emailed me an application. I filled it out sent and was later contacted by a salesman named Russ. He mentioned to me that he got my application. He had no idea that I had been approached by Patrick wanting to buy back my 2016 Honda Fit EX-L . Russ told me that he would get back to me . That was last Friday 8-3-18. I find this whole situation unsettling and rude. Patrick and Romona made it seem that there would be no problem getting a new car even though My credit sucks. Then Russ was unfriendly and rude because he never called me back. I don't know if he was thinking "I'm not going to mess with this because her credit is to bad or if he's waiting to see if the Fit that I want in the color is available;lable .
Big shout-out to Matt Seguin at Honda of Seattle, who made the process of buying a new CR-V a breeze! Matt was a pleasure to deal with, has an UNBELIEVABLE depth of knowledge, and really cares about what he does. A true professional!
When you go to Honda of Seattle, please make sure to ask for Russ Bormann. He was SUPER-HELPFUL and professional when we came in on March 24: answered all our questions, explained everything clearly, made my car-buying experience very easy and un-scary as possible with no pressure . . . no bad-car-salesman vibe here at all! We are VERY happy with our new Accord. 10 out of 10!
