At Lee Johnson Auto Family, each quarter we nominate and select 5 employees who exemplify our core values: PEOPLE, COMMUNITY, REPUTATION, PROFESSIONALISM, and WORK ETHIC.

Each employee is recognized with a Value brick to display at their desk/work area. In addition, we make a donation in their name to a charity of their choice.

In Q4 2022, we had the following winners:
- Roman from Lee Johnson Kia
- Woody from Lee Johnson Nissan of Kirkland
- Scott from Lee Johnson Mazda of Kirkland
- Sonny from Lee Johnson Mazda of Seattle
- Kyle from Lee Johnson Chevrolet

Our winners selected the following charities: Seattle Children's Hospital, St. Jude Children's Hospital, VINE Maple Place, Hunger Intervention Program and Wounded Warrior Project.
