My name is Casey Z and I've had a life long obsession with modifying anything with wheels to be faster, lighter and better looking. I grew up in a family of Hot rod's and Harley's, which later evolved into Vespa's, Air cooled VW's and recently Volvo's. I've worked professionally as a Prototype Machinist and Model Maker, always using these skills to design and make components for my personal projec

Finally added the new Volvo red block oil transfer tube to the store!
These are designed to be more like the stock tube but much better. 316 Stainless, Mandrel bent, Plenty of clearance for ARP main studs and Viton o-rings.

I've been mulling over the design of a rear spoiler for Volvo 240 2 and 4 doors.
Still deciding on appropriate materials for this.
I'll likely have a prototype to test shortly.
On a side note, ZG is now my full time job!

First step in the production of a dozen assemblies.
The end result is a solution to the unreliable and design limited OEM oil pump transfer tube that can be a real liability in a performance built Volvo Iron block.
Next step, tube bending!
