New Release - Late Harvest Plum Wine!

Our new Plum Wine is finally ready for its debut. We took the very last crop of the 2025 harvest and crafted it in the style of traditional Taiwanese plum wine, but with a little Republic of Cider personality: finished dry and sparkling.

It’s crisp, nostalgic, and perfect for these long summer afternoons. Whether you’re a plum wine nerd or just in the mood for something creative and bubbly, we’d love for you to come by and grab a pour.

Friday in the Central District just hits different! We’re so excited to be back at the Central District Farmers Market, you might know it as the Madrona market, this Friday.

We'll be hanging out at the Madrona Grocery Outlet parking lot from 3-7 PM. Honestly, it’s one of our favorite ways to wrap up the week. There’s nothing like the community vibe, some fresh air, and a great bottle of cider to take home.

We’re bringing the whole family with us: Republic of Cider, Woodinville, Empyrical, and St-Lô Cider. Plus, for our friends looking for a non-alcoholic option that’s still full of character, we’ve got Mr. Lee’s Formosa Fizz chilled and ready.

We are so proud to be your local Seattle Craft Cider, and we can't wait to share our labor of love with our SLU neighbors. From our classic small-batch favorites to our latest artisanal experiments, we’re bringing the heart of our cidery straight to you.

We’re heading to the Washington Brewers Fest at the Fisher Pavilion on Saturday, June 13th, and we’re bringing the cider spotlight with us! While the name might say "Brewers," the cider scene is going to be massive, and we can't wait to show off what we’ve been working on.

Whether you’re a longtime cider nerd or just looking for something crisp and refreshing between beer pours, come find the Republic of Cider booth. We’ll be pouring a variety of our unique flavors, from the classics you love to those bold, innovative blends that keep things interesting.

It’s always a blast seeing our cider friends and the S**O family out in the wild. Grab your tickets, bring a friend, and come say hi! We’ll be there from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (or 4:00 PM if you’ve got those Early Access tickets).

We’re so excited to be part of the Georgetown Farmers Market this season. There’s just something about the energy in this neighborhood that we can't get enough of.

Come find us every Thursday from 3 PM to 7 PM at 6601 Carleton Ave. We’ll be there with some of our absolute favorites like the crisp JodoSecco and the bold, mysterious Heart of Darkness. And if you’re looking for a little crunch to go with your sips, we’re bringing our ROC Bites, our signature freeze-dried fruit snacks that are perfect for snacking while you browse the stalls.

This one is a heartfelt nod to Emily’s Taiwanese heritage: a fizzy, artisanal take on a traditional Taiwanese-style plum wine, handcrafted right here in S**O from the very last fruit of the season.

At 8.5% ABV, it’s semi-sweet, bubbly, and perfectly captures that deep, sun-ripened flavor. Whether you’re a longtime fan of our wine projects or just discovering our range, this is one you won’t want to miss.
