New cam, lifters, timing chain, oil pump, reconditioned aluminum head, new clutch, flywheel, and mounts
New radiator, water pump, hoses, and Alison ignition
Weber 32/67 D6V, header
Suspension and chassis–
Lowered to early standard, and all new suspension: new bushings, king pins, springs, shocks, front brakes, and wheel bearings
Also a new heater core and battery

1988 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible

Owned, maintained, and serviced by an auto shop with more than 40 years of experience. This car has recently received a comprehensive tune-up, and additionally features impressively low miles at around the 53,000 mark.

This vehicle is in excellent condition, cosmetically and mechanically.

The exterior is finished in its original bright red color scheme, which matches the stylized red interior with black trim.

Interior highlights include LCD instrument panel with multi-colored analog and digital display, deeply contoured bucket seats with integral head restraints and race-style seatbelts.

Aftermarket Alpine AM/FM stereo which connects to the famous Delco-Bose speaker system which was specially tuned for the acoustics of the Corvette interior. AC is fully functional, as well as driver information system which displays a digital readout of MPG, Cruising Range, and other data.

5.7 Liter V8 Engine with Tuned-Port Injection that makes about 245 horsepower, controlled from a 4-speed automatic transmission and an iconic-looking OEM Corvette designed steering wheel. Power steering and power disc brakes composed of aluminum calipers and nodular iron reaction brackets, controlled by Bosch ABS II braking system.
