Victor, hanging up on me. Like the rip off manager he is… See you in court! I purchased my vehicle two weeks ago from them(Lakewood Location), not only was I hounded for the purchase of the vehicle and talked into the high payment which leaves me with a 14% interest rate paying about $15,000 over the price of the vehicle. But they lied on several accounts a major one was the payment wouldn’t be due for 45 days. It was due just 28 days later. Another saying I was still married living in the same home with my ex-husband to get me a “better rate” I have messages from the sales associate asking him to change his address to the shared address then switch it back after it’s approved, I said just use his actual address where he has bills coming in for the loan information. They could do that but not just allow him to purchase the vehicle for me to get a better rate? After all that was said and done, two days later my car was shaking violently at trying to brake on the highway at 65 mph with all 4 of my children in the car, I couldn’t get it to slow properly at all, I was terrified. Turns out the car had no brakes pads on the rear. It was metal to metal. So the safety inspection Rock said it had was a lie. So I got the rear brakes done which they did refund me for, after we went back and forth and I drove 40 minutes one way on 3 different accounts before I was mailed a check. I still had a shaking issues going on by the way. I found 12 tire weights taped to the front right tire, yes a strip of tape on them. Found out all tires need to be balanced so did that and assumed maybe that would fix it, again I’m no car guru. I also found my oil was a quart higher then it should be so changed the oil too, then my car was still shaking when I would brake at high speed until the brakes literally quit on me. I had to get a second opinion of what was going on and it turns out that the front rotors were completely warped and my caliper ceased. So not only did they let me leave the lot with my children in the car with no rear pads I also had warped front defective brakes. I have reached out on several accounts to ask for the refund on the front brakes and I have not gotten any responses. I don’t think they know how serious this matter is, I could have lost my entire family driving this vehicle with no brakes. I made the choice to go with a dealer because they have to meet certain safety requirements per the RCW laws. This was completely illegal, I have documentation and photos of everything and will be pursuing this further if you do not take this matter seriously and refund me for this entire situation. BUYER BEWARE! So we were asked to post a review before our documents were signed. Excitedly we did. We took ownership of our daughters car two days later. One hour into driving the vehicle the check engine light came on. We immediately called the dealership and was told we would need to wait a few days for the warranty to be active. Fast forward 5 days we are given the option to take the car into a local mechanic being that we live 4 hours away. We do just that. The mechanic says that the turbo in the car is blown and needs to be replaced. We contact First National and are told they need to “do their due dillegece” before paying for the repair. We are informed we can pick up a rental today. We contact the rental company only to find out that John Yang never secured the rental with payment. Now extremely annoyed because it means not only is our daughter out of a car she is now out of work til the rental is secured. We contact John with no answer. Now 5 pm and we get a call from the mechanic informing us that First National called to see if the car was drivable hinting that they wanted to have it taken to their shop 4 HOURS AWAY. Not only that but they inform the mechanic that the turbo was just replaced before it was sold which was never disclosed and not listed on their car fax report. BUYER BEWARE! This could’ve been a simple resolved issue had they kept their word and paid the mechanic and secured the rental with payment. We have called John Yang once again with no answer. We are left with no rental as of 5 pm this evening and having to call out of work for a 2nd day because this company sold us a lemon.

You guys are so unprofessional. Just wasted an hour of my time with no car even available after confirming an appointment. I will be sure to provide horrible reviews on all social media.

Do not trade in your vehicle here i have had a few issues. One being constant I have received a dozen tickets from my previous owned car I traded in 6 months ago. When I contacted them they told me the car was still in my name until someone bought it!? After the thirds ticket I went to my local DOL ( I don’t live near Seattle ) to file a vehicle report of sale since they hadn’t for 4 months on my own since they hadn’t nor saying anything during the signing process . After that was done i called back to have a rude woman names Leslie who was in Titles or Finances huff and puff then hang up while I was at the DOL . 3 other calls finally reaching the GM . I told them the situation and that this was clearly not me being the tickets are coming months after they had the traded in the car in their possession since August. They failed to take fault or initiative to fix the situation or help after I told them I was getting court paperwork and collection notices. This is effecting my life in more ways then one , my time , my job, and is a defamation of my character and credit! DO NOT BUY OR SALE FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!
