RESPONSIBILITIES:
Approaches, greets, and offers assistance to customers whether's it may be by phone, email or at the dealership. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for them. Describes all optional of equipment available for customers. Offers test drives to all prospects following dealership procedures and obtaining proper identification from customer prior to test drive. Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction. Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival. Maintains a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction. Maintains professional appearance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST have prior car sales experience.
Must have excellent communication skills and must be organized and able to explain the products, their features and benefits compared to competing brands.
Must have a drivers license.
A valid state sales license is required.
Bilingual a plus (Fluent in English and Spanish)
