As of June 12, 2021 we will no longer be setting appointments for any Saturday work.
Also, I have had a RECORD number of people who have set appointments with me and then never show up or call. To the responsible people who have called...THANK YOU for the consideration!
I understand... things happen...but we live in the information age and 99.9% of the population have a cellular device and that percentage of people know how to operate it and can call and/or text. Its not difficult. You called me so, I know you have my number or you can call/text or message me on facebook. Im easy to reach.
I like sleeping in, going fishing, golfing, spending time with my family or whatever. If I have an appointment with you, YOU are important! I will treat you like you are important by being open and ready at the appointment time.
It costs me time and money to drive to my shop to work for you. To not call or not show is irresponsible and inconsiderate.
So, after speaking with other film installers in the area, to get their opinion on how they handle these situations, if you are a "no call/no show" i will require a 50% non refundable deposit up front, BEFORE another appointment will be made.
