Polaris RZR Turbo R Ultimate transmission case re-seal. Not sure what Polaris is thinking putting these cases together with self tapping bolts. The threads end up full of metal chips which causes the bolts to lock up before they reach proper torque. This then causes the cases to not be fully clamped together and the case sealant fails. Pretty crappy thing to happen on a machine with only 60 hrs but it’s all fixed now with proper bolts and high quality sealant. Got a chance to use the beefy clutch alignment tool from too

PSA: If you buy a new KTM or Husqvarna motorcycle that comes with handguards be sure your dealer gives you these parts in case you ever want to remove the factory handguards. Sadly most dealers take these off the bikes and don’t give them to their customers. They cost $120 to replace so it’s sort of a big deal. Hold your dealer accountable and come on dealers, you can do better!!

Keep an eye on this part of your TPI oil injection system. If this rubber elbow were to crack completely you’d lose all of your injector oil and have a major engine failure. This bike is a 2020.
