A pleased 1st time customer surprised the heck out of me with flowers today! The very nice couple said I was thorough and polite on the phone! They thought they were having a brake issue and will be driving on a long trip. I had the brakes checked and I test drove the vehicle and made sure all was good to go. Just doin my job but def made my day!! We have the greatest customers! Still get surprises after being here 12 years! Didnt have a vase so I got creative. Love being a female in this business!
