As renovations continue across our kitchen, bakery, and other areas of the property, we’re excited to welcome even more of the Valley’s best food trucks to The Thumb this summer.

We’re serving up an incredible lineup today and tomorrow with two local favorites on-site.

🔥 The Pizza Butcher Food Truck is back, bringing its famous wood-fired artisan pizzas, cheesesteaks, sandwiches, and more. Owned and operated by former Arizona Diamondbacks and California Angels pitching coach Mike Butcher, this Valley favorite always delivers.

🌊 Tomorrow Morning: Baja Surf N Turf joins us for breakfast! Stop by for fresh shrimp tacos, house-made ceviche, and coastal-inspired flavors that are the perfect way to start your day.

After grabbing a bite, step inside and cool off with:

We’ve proven we’re Not Your Average Gas Station.

As we make updates throughout the property, bakery, and kitchen, we’re excited for a summer full of improvements, great food, and even more reasons to stop by.

For over 14 years, we’ve proudly served our community with award-winning BBQ, hand-washed vehicles, curated gifts, premium fuel, coffee, ice cream, and a one-of-a-kind experience. We’re incredibly grateful for the loyalty of our customers and the dedication of our amazing team.

While we work behind the scenes, we’re bringing in some of the Valley’s best food trucks.

First up: The Pizza Butcher.

Owned and operated by former Arizona Diamondbacks and California Angels pitching coach Mike Butcher, The Pizza Butcher serves up incredible wood-fired pizza, cheesesteaks, sandwiches, and more.

While our Kitchen & Bakery are temporarily closed for an exciting remodel, we’d still love to see our loyal guests.

This Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our country.

At The Thumb, service and sacrifice aren’t just words; they’re part of our family. Many of our staff and loved ones are veterans, and we’re proud to spend every day celebrating the freedoms they helped protect.

From firing up the BBQ, serving fresh coffee and bakery favorites, washing cars, fueling road trips, and welcoming our community with American hospitality; we’re grateful to live the kind of life they fought for.

Today we remember the fallen, honor those who served, and thank the families who sacrificed alongside them.

Stop by this Memorial Day for great food, good people, and a little red, white, and blue spirit.

Today was one of those days that reminds us exactly why we do what we do at The Thumb.

We gave away $10,000 in free gas in just 1 hour and 40 minutes so folks could Gas Up and Go To Vegas!! The turnout, support, and gratitude from the community was incredible. Watching families, workers, parents, and neighbors pull up knowing they could leave with a full tank and a little less stress meant everything to us.

This event was about more than gas. It was about giving back, helping people pay their bills a little easier this week, putting smiles on faces, and showing appreciation to the community that supports us every single day.

We are unbelievably proud of our staff and team for the way they handled the event from start to finish. The organization, positivity, speed, and teamwork were outstanding. Every employee stepped up and represented The Thumb exactly the way we hoped — with heart, professionalism, and genuine care for people.

The energy all morning was amazing. Honking horns, smiling faces, thankful customers, and a community coming together made this one of the most rewarding events we’ve ever done.

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported it while it lasted. We love this community, and we’re proud to be part of it. Absolute ex*****on by our entire team.

FREE GAS GIVEAWAY TODAY at The Thumb.

With gas prices climbing, we wanted to do something fun for our community and help people hit the road this summer. TODAY from 12PM to 1PM, we’ll be giving away FREE GAS right here at The Thumb in partnership with Las Vegas tourism and The Great American Road Trip campaign.

Each car will receive $100 in gas while supplies last.

Come early, bring your friends, and let’s make it a great afternoon at The Thumb BBQ.

The holidays are here, and we’re celebrating with a few special schedule changes!

• Sunday, Dec 21: Closing early at 4pm for our staff holiday party
• Wednesday, Dec 24 (Christmas Eve): 7am–2pm with an all-day limited breakfast menu, handwashes, plus gifts, pastries, wine, and beer
• Thursday, Dec 25 (Christmas Day): Closed
• New Year’s Eve: 6am–4pm
• New Year’s Day: Business as usual
