I just CAN'T...I can't believe it...please share
We normally do not advertise. I prefer word of mouth. However today we met a wonderful young woman who shared her horrific experience of bouncing from repair shop to repair shop spending over $12k worth of repairs and receiving her van back worse that how she left it. She said she found it nearly impossible to find a Sprinter shop and stumbled upon our shop by accident. She was crying because she felt she had no options before and although she knew the shops she was at previously didn't know Sprinters she felt had no choice but to allow them to try because the dealers were backed up for months. 3 shops later, after having the same parts replaced 2x in some cases the vehicle was worse than before. She even gave a $2000 deposit to a shop that did nothing to fix the vehicle yet 2 weeks later told her he didn't know what it needed but he would need to keep the 2k deposit because he spend so much time on it. I was furious for her that someone would do that. I read all the previous invoices and was blown away.
She convinced me to put an ad out there to bring awareness for others like her who may not know of us yet. Im not the type to boast nor do I like to talk negatively about other shops so I won't. All I can say is that all of us here used to work at the dealer and now running SprinterVanShop we work on Sprinters alot... We focus our energy on Sprinter every day. The more you work on them the more experience you get. Simple as that.
Although we are pretty busy already, we have a good team here at Sprinter Van Shop and we try to get most vans in and out within a day or two. Please help spread the word. Our prices are not inexpensive however we are less than the dealerships with a much much faster turnaround. Sprinters are not cheap to maintain however as this kind lady found out. It's way more expensive to have someone who does not understand them try to repair them. I know this was a lengthy post but I promised I would write it.
