.98v vehicle came in with misfire, runs rough, limp mode.. verified injector issues, pcm shorted, harness shorted, pcm back ordered tried to use a used one .. turns out used one was bad with no board ground in pcm.. installed a new one programmed and other issues came up … runs smooth but after 7 miles or so limp mode issues multiple codes .. verified crankshaft sensor issue short in system .. circuit has shared 5v supply and ground .., big problem have a little voltage on ground wire causing issues .. searching in piles of wires looking where’s the voltage coming from … so having all these gadgets and multiple scanners and wtech2 original equipment couldn’t help me … only help was the experience and understanding how circuit works …as much as I wanted to just call it a day… I couldn’t … many wouldn’t understand this issue .. or understand the language of what I am doing … the tool man don’t even understand why certain scanners are use for … that’s a whole different story..
