Alright guys here some things you need to know about the two tread classes.

After a lot of thought and consideration we’ve decided to impound the tread tires. We think this will keep everything fair and an even playing field for everyone. Here’s how it’s going to work.

After you purchase your tires you must mount them in the impound area which will be in the barn. Then place them in the tire racks that will be provided. Be sure to put your name and kart number on the inside of the wheel. And we will have the tire racks labeled with your name on the rack so they’re easy to locate.

The tires cannot leave that designated area anytime during the day for any reason other than to practice/hotlap, qualify and race.

We will have air that you can use for mounting sizing etc etc. We will have tire rings as well but you are more than welcome to use your own rings.

You can also come in and size your tires throughout the day.

We will have tables set up in the impound area for you to use.

We understand this is somewhat of an inconvenience but we think this is the best option to keep it as clean of a race possible.

To make it fair for everyone we are going to do a 30 min practice session for each of these two classes. To allow everyone an opportunity to make kart adjustments, tire psi etc.

Please don’t flood me with questions save them for the drivers meeting and we will go over it all then.

Here is some basic information for this weekends Doodle Tribute. We will be posting more information in the next couple of days.

Friday October 16th

Gates open at 4pm est
Parking will be open from 4pm until 10pm

Open practice will start at 7pm until 8pm there will be a 10$ per driver fee to practice.

The Powder Puff race will start at 8pm with the Buddy Race following.
These two races will be pill draw for position. All drivers must have an armband to race.

The Powder Puff will be a 15 lap feature. No entry fee and winner gets a tiara. This class is for the moms, aunts, sisters, grandmas that don’t get to race. Not the girls that race every weekend.

The Buddy Race will be a 30 lap feature. No entry fee and the winners get bragging rights.
Teams of 3 with each teammate running 10laps each. After each 10 lap round the next round will line up in the order of the previous 10 laps.

Saturday October 17th

Gates will open at 8am

Parking will be from 8am till 11am SHARP!!

Registration will open at 8:30am and will close at 11:30am SHARP!!

Tire sales will open at 8:30am for the Pro 390 and Pro Purple tread classes at the barn and will close at 11:30am.
You must register first for these two classes to get a tire voucher ticket to be able to purchase your 1 set of tires.

Drivers meeting will be at 12:30 on the grid

Class hot laps will begin at 1pm

We will post more about the tread rules in the next couple days along with the running order.

This has been a very difficult week for all of us here at The FarmTrack. As most of you already know but for the ones who doesn’t my Mom(Trudy) passed away this past Wednesday and we will be laying her to rest tomorrow. With that being said I won’t be taking any calls or texts for parking tomorrow. Thank you! Jojo
