Well that’s it. We’re officially done. It’s the end of an era. Today marks the conclusion of a distinct period of our lives.

Caiden’s race quad left with its new owner today. 8 long years, 10s of thousands of miles traveling 1/2 the country, enormous amounts of money, and countless injuries chasing this crazy sport.

We don’t regret any of it. The friendships we’ve made and the memories are all irreplaceable.

I think there is a lot of character development when you allow a young kid participate in a high-risk highly competitive sport. They learn how to work hard for a goal. They learn how to sacrifice . They learn how to win, and they learn how to lose.

With all the time and money gone we gained a ton of great experiences and built a pretty solid young adult that’s on the right track to have a successful life.

Thank you to everyone that helped us over the years. We couldn’t have done any of it without all of you.

Onto the next chapter…

First race of 2025 at Ironman Raceway in Indiana. Our goal for weekend was just to make it through with no injuries and no broken parts and that was a success.

All engines appox 6-8 hrs from new except the Mcfee 70 8-10 but has 3 races since topend rebuild by the legend James!

No racing for Caiden after his concussion last weekend, but we still made the trip to Briarcliff Motocross in Ohio to cheer on some friends and watch the races.

Unfortunately Caiden had another rough weekend at the track. Saturday practice went great, the new Cobra jump at Jack’s is huge.

Sunday he made a simple mistake, on a jump he’s hit hundreds of times, and hit the dirt hard. He’s got a minor concussion and will be off the track for a couple weeks. The quad is fine, his helmet and leatt are both broken.

Caiden traveled to Walden MX to race with NEATV for the first time this weekend. He’s still a little rusty coming back from injury and accidentally bumped the gate in his first moto but still managed 4th in Open-B and 3rd in collegeboy. Fun weekend overall.

Last weekend we traveled to Budds Creek Motocross Park for the ATVMX national race. This is Caiden’s first time on a big track since the crash in Texas. Unfortunately we had an unforeseen mechanical issue that took him out of one race but he still managed a 7th out of 16 in the 450B class. Overall it was a success just to get back out there to compete again.
