Pine sap left on paint.
+ If you see yellow sticky pine sap, it needs to be removed swiftly.
+ These spots were still soft, assuming they came from the last month or two.
In the photo you'll see I removed the sap.
When left too long, sap will swell the clear coat and stain the color underneath.
Unfortunately thinking something isn't a big deal turns into an $800 hood repaint to fix this.
This paint is a three stage pearl, cost could be higher.
