As we have welcomed many new "faces" (customers) via the site I felt it was time for an overdue introduction!

Hi, I am Cassie! I am the gal that replies to your website inquiries, ordering questions/hassles, pulls the parts and packages your orders, as well as organizes the "Throttles & Smiles" ride out of our shop.

Where are your orders being fulfilled out of? Royal Enfield of Albany NY located in Upstate NY- a small dealer with big dreams. Part of that dream being Shop Royal Enfield Parts.

Remember- if you ever need a part and cannot locate or see it on the site just give me a shout whether via our contact request, phone, or email. I am happy to get you where and what you need. Additionally we offer service and technical advise via phone and (if necessary) video call as well.

Long time no talk! With increasing daylight from here on out I thought now was a good time to touch base with everyone.

I am going to start with a poll here and there- as well as post some updates as we tweak and fine tune in the background, event updates regarding Throttles & Smiles 2026, and any other helpful hints I can toss your way.

Let's start out easy- what brought you to Royal Enfield? Whether parts related, history, aesthetic, etc. Please chime in as you are able and I'll check back either from here or my personal page.

August check in!! A ton of small changes are in the works as promised- as always please reach out to me with any questions.

Just wanted to pop on here and say a special THANK YOU to you all who showed up to our/my Throttles & Smiles Meet 2025. Some of you were local and some came as far as Buffalo, Brooklyn, Connecticut, Vermont, and Massachusetts. That was not lost on me and the distance you all took to join us a few weeks back.

I am so grateful to have you all along with us for the ride- we will be back next summer with a Throttles & Smiles 2026!! With a few smaller events potentially in the works as well.

Till then I again want to thank YOU all for supporting our small shop! I am still taken aback by the turn out all these weeks later.

Hey guys!! Quick update: I am working on the backend bit by bit but wanted to pop in here and note that we will be closed Friday July 4th and Saturday July 5th in observance of the holiday. We will re-open Monday morning.

Please stay safe out there, check on your people, and be mindful when traveling. Whether on two wheels, three, or four watch your surroundings and be mindful of others doing the same.

Spring check in!! Popping on to let you all know that in the next few months there will be some major changes coming to the Shop Royal Enfield Parts website- I am adding a bunch of new inventory, updating descriptions via the backend, and (drumroll please) photos will be added bit by bit as well. We have over 1,000 OEM parts and accessories to get crackin' at and on the site. As well as some brand new stock items-at a discount!! Hang in there with me while I add chunk by chunk.
