What started with Hanley Dawson selling Ford vehicles in Michigan in 1907 developed into our well-known Cadillac dealer opening in 1979 by Hanley Dawson III. Named after his youngest son, Patrick, our Cadillac dealership was the cornerstone for the prestigious auto group that Chicagoland residents know as the Patrick Dealer Group.

Hanley Dawson III was inducted into the Cadillac Hall of Fame. Patrick Cadillac has been recognized as a Cadillac Master Dealer honors for 25 years, and has been given an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau.

The experience I had talking to Sergio was wonderful. The rest was horrible. Not swarm receptive feeling. I was told to go across the street to get coffee at the noble gas station. No hand sanitizer in sight nor anything indicating the sitting area was clean.. I felt like I was a irritation to the service people as I inquired about coffee.
Sergio made a great presentation on a 2021 Escalade but I would never spend my money in a place that the staff treats me with obvious contempt, I not sorry Iโm Black but I am sorry I had to stop there for service.
Allow me to start by saying that my salesman Sergio was Stellar. Sergio knew his product and presented it well. Sergio's customer service skills are a world class.!!
That being said. I can NOT say the same for Sergio's sales Manager that was present yesterday evening.
What I witnessed yesterday at Patrick Cadillac is what has been echoed and protested against through out the world today.
The sales manager belittled, degraded and attacked a customer and his wife. All this in the presence of other customers and employees.
I was shocked in the manner these customers were just attacked for asking questions regarding the price of the vehicle they were apparently dealing on for a day or so.
Being in a management role myself one has to always maintain a world class standard in customer service. ALWAYS.! No matter the situation or the customer. Apparently this sales manager does NOT agree or does NOT Value customers.
And in speaking with his direct reports the sales manager has been conducting himself in this manner for quit some time now.
If the Ownership is going to allow and encourage this type of behavior then they should be ashamed of themselves.
I would hate to think that this was another none white issue as this sales manager was attacking me as well along with the other young minority couple that was attacked should raise that question to ownership.
My first time experience with Patric Cadillac was definitely a HUGE thumbs DOWN. With a caution to other customers who want to stand for their rights in questioning how they are treated when they ask a common question, "why is the price different from that was promised".
Just upgraded our Volvo XC60 to the beautiful 2018 model! It was a pleasure working with Ashvin who was able to get us the car we wanted at a great price! Ashvin and Justin were wonderful to work with without a lot of haggling you have with other dealers, upfront and honest. Patrick Volvo appreciates loyalty and it shows in everything they do!
