A night of Porsches, community, and purpose at Throttle Car Club.

Throttle was proud to host the DownEast Region Porsche Club of America for a cocktail party the evening before Porsches in the Park, a charity event supporting the Dempsey Center.

The night brought together an incredible collection, including 27 Porsches on displayy, a Porsche tractor, and a Porsche-designed engine in a Harley-Davidson V-Rod. The lineup also featured five cars from Patrick Dempsey’s personal collection, along with seven GT cars, three 356s, two Dakars, a 911R, and many more.

Great cars, awesome food, amazing people, and a cause worth supporting.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, the DownEast Region PCA for the collaboration, and all who helped make the evening possible. We are already looking forward to doing it again next year, bigger and better.

Throttle members took over the runway at Loring Air Force Base for an unforgettable top speed experience.

Built on a former Strategic Air Command base, Loring gave our members the rare opportunity to stretch their cars in a safe, controlled environment and experience speed the way these machines were meant to be enjoyed.

From high-horsepower exotics to purpose-built driver’s cars, the day was a reminder of what Throttle is all about: access, community, and unforgettable automotive experiences.

Throttle Auction 2026 was our most successful auction to date.

This year, 100 vehicles crossed the block, we welcomed the highest attendance in Throttle Auction history, achieved a 50% sell-through rate, and set new records along the way.

From the bidders and consignors to our volunteers, partners, members, staff, and everyone who joined us in the room, thank you for helping make this year’s auction such a success.

We would also like to extend a special thank-you to our sponsors: Springer’s Jewelers, Yankee Ford, STEK USA, Portland Pie Company, Ripley & Fletcher Plus, Lebel & Harriman, Penelope Bourbon, El Mayor Tequila, and System X. Your support helped make this event possible.

Highlights included a 1938 Hudson Terraplane Pickup setting a world record for the second highest price ever, a 1997 Porsche 911 setting the Throttle Auction record for highest priced vehicle ever sold, and an incredible day of cars, community, and momentum.

This event continues to grow every year, and we are just getting started.

Five years of Throttle Car Club.

As we get ready to celebrate our 5 Year Anniversary this Saturday with our members, we want to take a moment to thank everyone who helped get us here.

To our members, corporate partners, event guests, staff, vendors, local community, friends, and families who have supported Throttle along the way: thank you. We could not have built this without you.

Over the past five years, Throttle has grown into more than a car club. It has become a community built around shared passion, unforgettable experiences, and the people who make this place what it is.

Our membership has eclipsed 300 members. Our event calendar has grown to more than 100 bookings per year. Our brokerage sales have exceeded $1,000,000 annually. And now, we are proud to announce that Throttle Car Club is franchising nationwide.

This is just the start.
